Having a great name brand and a great product is not a guarantee for success. If you don’t keep an eye on the competition, the odds are, you will end up with a black eye of your own.
Consumers did not wake up one morning and simultaneously say “I think I will not buy a Coach product today”. However, they did make the exodus one day, one month, one holiday at time.
There’s one thing worse than having an empty wallet, and that is, having a Pink Slip in it.
