CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Len Summa joined Data Age Business Systems, Inc. in 2012 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Before becoming Data Age Business Systems’ CEO, Mr. Summa was Chief Operations Officer (COO) for four years. He has 26 years of experience in executive software solution sales and operational management for both early stage and well-established firms. Prior to his Data Age service, Mr. Summa was the General Manager of global sales and operations at Persystent Software, an industry-leading enterprise recovery software. Mr. Summa has also served as the Director of North American SMB sales and operations at Learn.com, the preeminent software firm in the learning management space. Mr. Summa has a vast business and entrepreneurial background and was the co-founder of Lou Ferrigno/Fitness Showrooms, a highly successful retail and wholesale chain located throughout the Northeastern United States.

Dave’s background in the collateral loan industry spans out more than 20 years. He began as a District Manager for a large chain of pawn shops in the Southeastern United States. There he was promoted to Director of Operations, overseeing all of North Florida and the Tampa Bay region. Taking the knowledge he gained as Director of Operations, he purchased his own pawn shop that he ran for eight years until making the decision to sell. As the current Director of Global Sales for Data Age Business Systems, Dave brings a great deal of pawn industry knowledge to the table. Using his own experiences buying and selling a pawnshop, to overseeing the operations of a large statewide pawn shop chain, to working in pawn consulting, Dave works hand in hand with pawnbrokers to assist in their successful development.
DIRECTOR OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION
Robb Leblanc has been in the pawn industry for over 20 years, and was in a managerial role for some of the largest corporate pawn shop chains in the country, managing both single shops and multi-unit operations. He used PawnMaster in a number of his locations and became well-versed in the program and how to best utilize it in-store. Robb joined PawnMaster in 2018 in a consultative sales role to help brokers understand how they could harness the power of the software in order to increase their efficiencies and make them more money.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Didi serves as the Marketing Director for Data/Age PawnMaster. Her vast videography, journalism, social media, and marketing backgrounds have taken Data Age’s marketing team to new heights. Since joining the team in 2019, Data Age has widened their audience reach after her efforts to launch and maintain new social media profiles and produce several video series aimed at educating and offering consultative services to Data Age’s customer base.
WEB & GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Nic has spent the last 9 years in brand management as a creative professional in various industries. Being a life-long learner, he spent 6 years working in higher education, managing brands and developing rebranding strategies for 5 campuses. From there he moved into the software development and design industry which eventually led him to Data Age Business Systems in February of 2020. As the graphic and web designer for the leading pawn shop point-of-sale software provider worldwide, Nic is enthusiastic about doing his part to help pawnbrokers achieve the dream by sharing his knowledge of branding, typography, and design.
